3. Product Usage
A license key or user account, containing the ability to access Cheatvault.net products must have been obtained through purchasing a product through our payment system. Cheatvault.net is not liable for potential claims caused by one of their consumers on intellectual property of third parties. In such events, the consumer protects Cheatvault.net for claims from third parties.

4.1 Inactive Accounts
If a user has not logged in or made a transaction within 6 months, we reserve the right to delete the balance in their account.
5. Restricted Countries
You may not buy or use our products or services if you are a resident of or located in the following countries: the Republic of Korea, the People's Republic of China, and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
6. Use License

- The subscription is valid for the time purchased. When expired, the user is required to renew it manually.
- Users caught abusing third party payment services to obtain free services will be immediately and permanently banned.
- Users caught selling subscriptions, cracking or alterating the behavior of the software will be immediately and permanently banned.
- Subscriptions may be terminated by Cheatvault.net's at any time without warning and without liability, whether financial or not.
15. Online Gaming
Cheatvault accepts no responsibility to your online gaming accounts as a result of using this website or any software, or data contained within. You, the user, are solely responsible for your online gaming activities and any loss to any of your online gaming accounts, whether financial or not, is your responsibility.
16. Payment Policy
Fraudulent charges with an account that sends money without the consent of the account holder or/and any kind of frauds will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated and/or legal action will be taken. We do not allow the user to share or resell his account, it will result in your account being instantly disabled, permanently terminated and/or legal action will be taken.
17. Refunds of Transactions
We have many happy customers and we honor the majority of reasonable refund requests. However, we do reserve the right to deny any refund at any time.

No refund would be issued unless a staff member has decided agreed on it Subscriptions/keys/licenses cannot be upgraded/downgraded/changed to other Subscriptions/keys/licenses of any value.
18. Switching of Product
Changing of keys are not provided usually and is up to the administrators of the website to choose in which situations this can be applied.

Each provision of this eula is severable from the whole, and if one provision is declared invalid, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
